This key member of the Finance team will monitor financial performance on a regular basis, analyze variances, and understand business drivers to ensure achievement of financial commitments. This individual will proactively utilize DPC analytics to identify opportunities to enhance business profitability, and business partner in process development and improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness in how the assigned business functions operate. Responsibilities: Monitor and track operating expense trends including capital spending and ROI. Manage financial forecasting and budgeting. Business partner in process development and improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness in how the business function operates and executes. Provides reporting and analysis to support the business function needs. Supports Accounting function and responsibilities as needed. Play a role in monthly Business Review preparation. Perform analysis or support cross-functional projects or initiatives as needed. Qualifications: BA/BS required in accounting, finance, or related studies is required. Solid background and experience in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, & BPM systems required. Demonstrable experience with Oracle ERP Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Planning, Reporting, Systems and Analysis. Previous experience in accounting will also be considered. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize. Process driven with ability to think critically. Ability to work independently & take initiative while collaborating with remote business partners. Must be proficient in data gathering and analysis tools to create meaningful reports with ability to draw conclusions & problem solve.
