Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product-related tasks, coordinating activities across various departments, and overseeing the management of information on dealer portals. Additionally, you will manage multiple price sheets efficiently, ensuring accurate pricing information across all portals. Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders will be crucial, facilitating seamless transitions and updates while ensuring all parties are well-informed and aligned. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our company and our network of dealers, ultimately contributing to the success of our products in the market.

Responsibilities:

Data Management and Price Sheet Maintenance:

Oversee the management of price sheet data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with pricing policies.

Coordinate with finance and product teams to update price sheets in a timely manner and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.

Develop and maintain efficient processes for managing product data, including version control, data validation, and data integrity checks.

Dealer Portal Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer portals, managing accounts, user access, and troubleshooting any issues that arise with the portal.

Update and maintain product information, pricing, inventory levels, and other relevant data on dealer portals to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Product Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate execution of product-related initiatives.

Assist in the implementation of product launch plans, including coordinating marketing materials, training programs, and promotional activities.

Collaborate with Product Managers to assist in the monitoring of our product performance and gather feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders to identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, pricing policies, and dealer agreements.

Generate regular reports on portal usage, product sales, and dealer feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Communication and Collaboration:

Act as a central communicator between internal teams and dealers, ensuring everyone stays informed about product updates, promotions, and other important details.

Serve as a friendly and approachable point of contact for dealers, addressing their inquiries, resolving basic issues, and building positive relationships.

Foster teamwork and cooperation among colleagues by encouraging open communication and sharing of ideas.

Proactively seek out opportunities to support other team members and departments, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in business administration, marketing, product or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in product coordination, project management, or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with dealer management systems and online portal platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM / ERP software is a plus.
