Project Engineer- Municipal

Independently perform engineering assignments for municipal projects. Lead multiple project teams across simultaneous assignments. Manage the quality, timeliness and financial aspects of projects. Lead design tasks on multiple municipal projects. Develop quality work products and designs under the mentorship of senior staff. Supervise and mentor engineers-in training, designers, and technicians. Understands engineering conditions and laws and permitting organizations such as city, state and county entities: is able to research, identify and apply permitting process and code requirements to engineering assignments.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or science field. 5+ years design engineering experience working on municipal infrastructure projects, and/or county and state roadway projects. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas. Valid TX driver's license and insurable driving record. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Microstation/OpenRoads Designer a plus.
