**Job Title: Shipping and Inventory Management Specialist**
Shift: ?Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with minimal to no overtime.
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Shipping and Inventory Management Specialist, where you will handle both domestic and international FedEx shipments, monitor inventory closely, conduct cycle counts, and manage parts requests efficiently. You will also receive products into SAP, label incoming products, and ensure they are stored correctly. This role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers for parts and repair needs, managing will-call orders, and providing timely service updates. You will maintain open communication with customer service representatives and sales personnel to determine shipping priorities and methods, collaborate with transportation companies, and document all relevant conversations and updates.
**Hard Skills**
+ Shipping and receiving
+ Inventory management
+ Product handling
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred), with in-depth knowledge and experience acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
+ Minimum of six months' experience in a warehouse/distribution
+ Required experience with an ERP/MRP system - does not need to be SAP
