Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist Process ACH, wires, and check runs, including posting payments as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Handle approximately 20 invoices per week and manage expense reports/reimbursements. Set up vendors and maintain compliance (W-9). Organize filing and SharePoint documentation. Support a multi-project environment; invoices are pre-coded for efficiency. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist 3 years of Accounts Payable experience. Familiarity with Yardi, Workflows, or SOHO is a plus.
