ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collects and tracks weekly rolling cash flow forecasts from various divisions and consolidates into a group level forecast on a weekly basis; partners with the divisions on variance analysis and reporting of exceptions Perform daily report of cash activity for multiple divisions and accounts Prepares daily positive pay and ACH Direct debit uploads via bank portal Initiates stop payments on check activity via bank portal Assists with bank account management and authorized signer alignment Creates, edits, and maintains all procedures/documentation related to primary responsibilities Initiate Electronic Fund Transfers in accordance with company policies and controls Assists with Purchasing Card program and Merchant Card activity as necessary Completes Treasury projects and provides finance support as required QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 1-3 years of treasury, accounting, or finance experience Proficiency in cash flow forecasting and variance analysis Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
