Commercial HRBP, Agilex & TTH-Ingredients - Piscataway/Plainsboro, NJ Piscataway/Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid*) *This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model. You must reside in a geography that is commutable via car to Piscataway and/or Plainsboro NJ for weekly in-office collaboration days. Interested in playing a critical role in aligning the HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the organization? You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and provide HR guidance to Agilex Fragrances, a dsm-firmenich company, and the Ingredients solutions business in our Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) business unit. This role will also ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the North America region. Come join us – we have a lot to offer Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees Identify key talent and high-potential employees, working closely with managers to develop and implement robust development plans Partner with the compensation and benefits team to design and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs Operationalize HR processes and initiatives such as performance management, annual compensation changes, or talent and succession planning for the business, partnering with other global HR colleagues and Centers Of Excellence Interpret and communicate corporate HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate Understand and solicit employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns Act as a liaison between the business and HR functional areas to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs Manage HR related projects You Bring: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role supporting client groups Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and employment practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making As a committed equal opportunity employer, we ensure our recruitment practices are inclusive and fair.
