HR Coordinator

Location: Cotton Patch Cafe Support Center

Reports to: Chief People Officer

Are you ready to make an impact in HR at Cotton Patch Cafe? We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and support a variety of HR functions, from managing our HRIS (Paycor) to assisting with workers' compensation and guest relations claims.

In This Role, You'll:
  • Be the go-to person for HR inquiries, employee records, and system updates
  • Partner with CPO and Recruiter to analyze trends and provide data insight that drive decision-making
  • Post job openings and keep the hiring process running smoothly.
  • Assist with guest relations and workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-2 years of HR experience (restaurant/hospitality industry is a plus)
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems like Paycor is a big plus
  • Someone who's organized, analytical, and ready to grow with us
