Job Summary: Business Development Center Customer Care Specialist drives the internet inquiries into solid sales appointments

Bell Ford, Arizona's Largest Ford Dealership, is located off I-17 and West Bell rd is looking for its' next BDC Rep

Make up to $150 per shown appointment.
Are you a positive person?
Are you comfortable as a self-starter?
Are you familiar with Dealer Socket?
Do you have a professional appearance?
The car business can be a real life changer, and I'm excited to do that for the right person
Top responsibility will be to convert inbound leads into appointments.
You will need to be comfortable making 60 calls, 60 texts, and 60 emails a day. Plus sending videos.
This is a position for someone with at least 1 year previous and recent experience.
Only apply if you have no issues with attendance. I need someone here early. I need someone that can work at least 40 hours a week. I need someone that can work weekends. Please do not apply if you can't work evenings.

Job Responsibilities:

•Search for opportunities from our database
•Book appointments
•Collect customer information
•Provide top-notch customer service
•Answer calls
•Field incoming leads
•Assign incoming leads
•Logs details and specific notes for each and every customer interaction
•Maintains product knowledge
•Assists customers in person
•Follows company policies
•Keeps customers up to date on rebates, discounts, and incentives
•Provides high level of follow up
•Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office, etc.)
•Knowledgeable in Dealer Socket
•Highly organized
•Quick and fast learner
•Minimum 1 year experience as a Business Development Center (BDC) Agent / Representative (Rep.) and, or Internet Sales Professional
•Good grammar
•Good spelling
•Internet savvy
•Dependable transportation
•Own a newer cell phone with the ability to download apps

Pay and Benefits:

•Base salary plus paid for shown and sold appointments
