MTTI is a post-secondary career training institute located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. At MTTI, we train students with the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the workforce in nine different areas of technology: ranging from Automotive to Medical. Our goal is to offer quality, hands-on, education to qualified individuals who are unemployed or underemployed, and assist them in entering training-related employment. The moto at MTTI is, Education for Employment.

The admission representative will be responsible for creating awareness and fostering excitement about MTTI's programs to prospective students and community partners.

The duties include,

•Engaging in creative and progressive recruiting practices to seek potential applicants for different programs.

•Effectively utilizing all available recruitment tools to acquire and manage leads

•Strategically partnering with instructors to coordinate the interview process

•Coordinating with the Department head to forecast goals and enrollment needs

•Providing regular status updates on leads, follow ups, pending and potential enrollments

•Creating personalized, professional recruiting emails and text messages with current program openings to potential candidates with the goal of enrolling them into their program of interest

•Assisting students in successfully navigating the admissions process

•Developing and maintain relationships with high schools, counselors, principals and other administrative officials within our community.

•Participating in and support all recruiting events

•Special projects and assignments as business dictates

•Computer Proficient with MS Office Skills
