Responsible for effective preparation and processing of client account paperwork, cashiering, account service, and data entry/maintenance. Essential Job Duties: PREPARES AND PROCESSES NEW ACCOUNT PAPERWORK AND TRANSFERS FOR NEW AND EXISTING CLIENTS. Prepares and processes new account paperwork and transfers for clients. Prepares and processes closing account and maintenance for clients. Works with service teams and clients as needed to obtain necessary information. COMMUNICATES WITH CUSTODIANS. Interacts with custodians for necessary client requests as well as check on the status for client transactions.PROVIDES SPECIFIED ACCOUNT SERVICE AND SUPPORT. Processes client address changes, beneficiary changes, account registrations, and client updates, including changes with custodian(s). COMPLETES OPERATIONAL TASKS. Reviews and acts upon custodian alerts. Scans documents to Worldox. Assists with lead and client record entry and updates in CRM as needed.CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT.
