Role Description CPC is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Leader to join its Operations team, reporting directly to a Principal. Responsible for integrating, assimilating, and interpreting data from across the CPC organization, the FP&A leader will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial guidance to leadership. He/she will create financial forecasts, models, and other insights that will drive significant decisions and actions. The deliverables created by the FP&A leader will be direct inputs to short- and long-term firm planning, firm valuation, and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities include: Build and own forward-looking consolidated CPC financial model Work with investment team and operating company leadership to build and maintain forward-looking models/ projections for each CPC operating company Consolidate operating company projections into CPC projections Build models and processes for different time horizons with different levels of resolution and frequency Create models and presentations to be used for internal strategy and communication, board and investor communication, and communication with current and prospective credit partners Own CPC valuation process Own the process of coordinating with the investment team and operating company leadership to develop and deliver annual packages for each operating company to a third-party valuation firm Make sure each package is professionally and thoroughly completed and delivered on a timely basis for delivery by CPC leadership Lead and own aggregation of learnings over time on valuation and valuation strategy Support CPC credit/debt strategy development and execution Work with CPC leadership to develop and execute the credit strategy Coordinate effort to explore various credit options for CPC Prepare all credit presentations Build and manage CPC and operating company metrics and KPIs Work with investment team and principals to determine short- and long-term metrics for both operating company and CPC financial performance Build and own the tools to track agreed-upon metrics

Requirements: 4-6 years FP&A experience Significant financial modeling experience/skills Strong presentation development and delivery skills

Valuable Experiences: Wealth Management Valuation Corporate debt market Directing the work product of others (high influence roles) Operating in a high-growth environment
