Local Search Specialist - Hybrid (Granville, OH)
This hybrid role requires working in our Granville, OH headquarters 2 days per week. Note: we will be moving offices in June to the Polaris area (Westerville, OH)
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing communicator to join our digital marketing team as a Local Search Specialist. In this role, you'll collaborate with small business clients to support their local search needs that drive real results.
Responsibilities include:
Having consultative conversations to understand client goals and make recommendations
Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
Analyzing data and creatively solving problems to improve support of the clients digital marketing needs
Documenting interactions and collaborating cross-functionally to exceed expectations
Requirements:
1-2 years experience providing great customer service
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Detail and data oriented with ability to switch focus quickly
Self-motivated and comfortable working across multiple environments
Interest in evolving your skills in a digital marketing career
