Join us at Fellowship Village where you'll play a crucial role in a team that honors the exceptional in caregiving.Why Join Us:Our supportive team offers a welcoming atmosphere, opportunities for advancement, and personal and professional development.Be part of our community of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults.Essential Functions:Manage the delivery of care to Assisted Living Residents in a compassionate and timely manner under the direction of the Nurse Team Leader or designee.Dispense routine daily medications, both prescription and non-prescription.Observe Residents and report/document changes in their condition.Sign medication records and re-order medications according to policy and procedure.Provide first aid in emergency situations and report the condition to the Nurse Team Leader and/or physician; complete incident reports as needed.Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADL) and encourage appropriate self-care, utilizing the concept of restorative nursing.Adhere to all policies and procedures related to Infection Control and safety regulations.Leads by example, maintaining a professional work relationship with team members, Residents, Clients, Members, Patients, and family members.Qualifications:NJ State Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.Seasonal flu vaccine required.Knowledge of medical and pharmacological terminology.Strong clinical skills.Commitment to person-centered care.Excellent communication and critical thinking.Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Sensitivity to dementia care needs.Experience in caregiving, hospice care, or memory care is preferred.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insurance$25 - $25 an hour Full Time 3 pm - 11 pm or 11 pm - 7 am Monday - Friday with mandatory rotating weekendsEOE: FellowshipLIFE is an equal opportunity employer.
