Job Title: Auction Cashier

Location: Douglasville, GA

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cashier Associates to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve handling transactions efficiently, managing returns, organizing merchandise, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and friendly service at the point of sale.
• Process customer purchases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage returns and refunds as needed.
• Price and organize merchandise in an orderly manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Capability to perform repetitive movements over extended periods.
• Bend and stretch as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding expectations.
• Previous cashiering experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
