Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Leave Management Specialist to oversee and manage employee leave processes in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. This role requires communication skills, expert knowledge of leave laws, and a customer-focused approach to ensure employees receive timely and accurate support throughout the leave management process.

salary: $35 - $40 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with employees about their leave needs and modified work schedules.
  • Educate employees on all aspects of the leave management process and procedures.
  • Adjudicate leave claims, including eligibility determination, medical documentation review, and return-to-work coordination.
  • Keep HR professionals updated on leave statuses throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate pay and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate benefits with Long-Term Disability (LTD) and Workers' Compensation providers.
  • Administer additional time-off programs as assigned, in line with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Draft and recommend revisions to company leave policies to maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of leave requests and employee medical documentation.
