Operational leadership and program delivery Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Interior Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial interior projects. This role plays a critical part in preconstruction, working closely with project managers, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful bids and profitable execution. The client partners with developers, property managers, and general contractors on projects that demand accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents for completeness Perform quantity takeoffs for finishes, framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and specialties Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing Identify scope gaps, value-engineering opportunities, and cost risks Participate in bid reviews and handoffs to project management Maintain estimating databases, historical cost data, and bid records Qualifications 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial interior construction Strong knowledge of interior scopes (drywall, framing, finishes, ceilings, flooring, millwork) Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Excel) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in the DFW commercial construction market preferred Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary + performance incentives Health benefits and paid time off Stable pipeline of commercial interior projects Collaborative, team-oriented culture Long-term growth opportunity within the company How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly on LinkedIn or message the recruiter for a confidential discussion.
