Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This role is tailored for an individual with 2-4 years of marketing experience who thrives on executing marketing activities and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

**This job can work in a hybrid in-office/remote work model from Austin, TX, Denver, CO or Columbia, MD.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of diverse marketing initiatives. With a data-driven marketing mindset and areas of marketing focus, this role has plenty of opportunity to grow and have an impact on the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for several core key responsibilities:

Resource Organization: Collaboration with team members will be essential to organize marketing resources, including content, images, and assets. Ensuring easy access to marketing materials within the team is vital for seamless operations. This includes not only external resources but also internal ones, such as onboarding materials and swag orders.

Event Coordination: This includes assisting with event deliverables and maintaining the core event database. For events, this includes tasks related to event invites, event planning, and logistics to ensure successful marketing events in collaboration with various teams.

Social Media Support: You will be tasked with creating and scheduling engaging social media posts across various platforms. Additionally, you will monitor social media channels, actively engage with the audience, and provide timely responses to enhance our online presence. This responsibility will be highly collaborative with our content team who is driving content delivery and strategy.

Email Marketing and Newsletters: As part of your role, you will create and send marketing emails, newsletters, and updates to our subscriber list. Collaboration with the Content Team will be integral in developing engaging email content.

Data-Driven Analysis and Project Management Support: You will work hands-on with marketing databases, extracting data points, and pulling ad hoc reports. You will organize and interpret insights in collaboration with our marketing operations team from various marketing activities, such as campaigns, social, email, etc. You will use data to identify potential gaps and opportunities for the team while connecting action items to clear project plans.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems.

Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Additional Information

The starting base pay range for this role is $60k - $70k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to skill set and experience, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
