THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A self-directed, confident person who can work without a great deal of structure or supervision. The Implementation Consultant (Online Ordering) role is fitting for a detail-oriented, technically minded candidate with great communication and project management skills. In this role, you are an important first connection with our clients. You are responsible for guiding new clients through the process of configuring the Paytronix Online Ordering platform. You will both drive some of your own client facing projects and support colleagues for others. You will support teammates and consult with groups across Paytronix in a highly collaborative team environment. THE KIND OF STUFF YOU'LL BE DOING: Leading some Online Ordering client deployments, including the management of project schedules and regular client status calls Support Project Managers and other Implementations Consultants in the deployment of the Online Ordering platform as part of a larger project Learning and emplying a high level of expertise around Paytronix Online Ordering technology to configure software for clients based on clients requirements Mitigating risk to implementations projects and working to proactively communicate said risks Managing Financial Force data related to your launch projects, including expected Launch Dates Working together in a team environment both internally and externally with client and partner teams Building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations Communicating effectively and professionally in person, over the phone and through email Occasionally working with the Paytronix engineering team on feature requirements, voice of the customer and testing Traveling less than 5% out of the Boston-based office. Traveling less than 10% out of the Denver-based office THE KIND OF EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities 3 years or more of technical client-facing experience Technically minded and detail-oriented background with a passion for problem solving BS or BA degree and/or relevant work experience within the computer and/or IT industry Well-honed verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, IT networking experience THE KIND OF EXTRA STUFF THAT WOULD BE NICE: Experience in the restaurant industry, online ordering and/or with point-of-sale systems Knowledge of software development and testing Account management experience with customers Experience with Salesforce and Financial Force Medical -- Choose from 3 Medical Plans (PPO, HMO, and High-Deductible) Dental - Select from 2 Dental plans, including adult Orthodontics Company paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) 401K with generous company match; 2-year vesting Are you able to work in our office in Newton, MA or Denver, CO?
