Job Overview Job Title: Mobile Application Developer Industry: IT Duration: 6 months (Possible Extension) Remuneration: $70/hr - $75/hr (100% Remote) Job Summary Design and develop software applications (apps) for mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. May develop on one or more mobile platforms including Apple iOS, BlackBerry, Android, MS Windows Mobile, and/or other mobile platforms. Manage the full software development life cycle including testing, implementation, and auditing. Perform product design, bug verification, and beta support which may require research and analysis. Primary Responsibilities Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support) Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance Design interfaces to improve user experience Liaise with product development team to plan new features Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards Research and suggest new mobile products, applications, and protocols Stay up-to-date with new technology trends Qualifications Proven work experience as a mobile developer Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android Market In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language such as Swift and Java Experience with third?party libraries and APIs Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Long?term disability insurance Short?term disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off Paid sick and safe time Hours of paid vacation time Weeks of paid parental leave Paid holidays annually as applicable Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full?time Job Function Engineering and Information Technology Industry Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
