**Job Description:**-Take the lead in monitoring building system operations and performance using a range of skills such as plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling.-Work on equipment including air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves and more.-Organizing and performing preventative maintenance schedules will be a crucial part of your role.-Manage the energy management program to ensure all systems operate efficiently and keep operating costs to a minimum.- Responsible for maintaining the building lighting system and overseeing its controls.**Experience:**-5 or more years of experience in HVAC engineer or building engineer role-Knowledge of building management systems and controls-Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and working off work orders**Work Environment:**-Work in an office/pharmaceutical building located near Kendall Square- Frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing during course of day- May be required to lift up to 50 pounds- Work may be performed outdoors to include exposure to weather, fumes, electrical current, and machine noise**Hours:**6:30am-3:00pm**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
