Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent CNC Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and maintaining CNC machinery and equipment, including Okuma, Mill, and Lathe.
2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and plans to produce precision parts.
3. Implementing quality control measures to ensure products meet the highest standards.
4. Conducting precision measurements to verify specifications of finished products.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues to minimize downtime.
6. Regularly performing equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
7. Collaborating with the team to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
8. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent CNC Operator position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machinery, including Okuma, Mill, and Lathe.
3. Demonstrated experience in quality control and precision measurement.
4. Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and plans.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proven experience in equipment maintenance.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
9. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
10. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
