CNC Machinist

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is looking for a CNC Machinist.

Signing Bonus Available

Available Shifts:

1st Shift: Monday Thursday, 5:00am 3:30pm

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am

3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am to 6:30pm

*Differentials paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts*

Willing to train the right candidate, apply if actively interested in working for a family-oriented company, prepared to show up to work, and work hard to learn the manufacturing craft surrounding polyurethane timing belt accessories

The CNC machinist is responsible for manufacturing product using the CNC mill and lathe, following process and training documentation, as well following ISO, 5S, manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures

Job functions for the role include, but are not limited to:

+ Operating CNC mill and lathe including programming, setup, run

+ Using measurement equipment to inspect in-process product

+ Meeting productivity and quality requirements

+ Performing minor maintenance on machinery and/or work area

This position requires:

+ High school diploma or equivalency

+ CNC experience

+ Proficiency with both metric and English units of measurement

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Must be able to read engineering drawings and produce parts

The ideal candidate would possess any of the following skills and/or experience:

+ Programming CNC machine experience preferred. The ability to set up and run a CNC machine is a plus

+ Haas CNC experience desired

+ Experience using measurement equipment/verifying measurements

+ Ability to learn product catalog

Physical/Environmental Conditions:

+ Must be able to lift approx. 75lbs to waist height

+ Standing all day (90% of shift)

+ Manual dexterity

+ Hand-eye coordination

+ Manufacturing Environment
