The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will spearhead the birth and execution of groundbreaking products. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our engineering team, propelling us towards unparalleled growth and excellence. Our client is a contract manufacturer and provides engineering and assembly services across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Charge: Inspire and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will pave the way for seamless collaboration and process optimization.
Master of Efficiency: Streamline Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), ensuring timely and accurate execution while minimizing disruptions to production schedules. Your strategic approach will identify opportunities for process enhancements, elevating our manufacturing engineering function to new heights.
Resource Maestro: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, empowering your team with the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to achieve ambitious project goals.
Catalyst for Innovation: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Materials, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, ensuring a seamless New Product Implementation (NPI) process. Your proactive risk mitigation strategies will navigate challenges with ease, while your implementation of best practices will redefine industry standards.
Qualifications:
Engineering Powerhouse: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, complemented by a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience (SEMI experience is a plus) and at least 5 years of engineering leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Strategic Thinker: A deep understanding of engineering processes, design principles, and manufacturing practices, coupled with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication Virtuoso: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to navigate complex projects with ease.
Tech-Savvy Operator: Proficiency in project management tools, software (PMP or similar certification is a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Driven Achiever: A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
