About You: Harlow Interiors is seeking a highly organized and experienced Staging Lead / Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Staging Lead / Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing staging installations with our design team, warehouse operations, including transportation management, production planning, and materials management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities: ·

Manage and oversee the property install/uninstalls by assigning crew members, scheduling times to minimize overtime and coordinate with CEO, sales, designers and clients. ·

Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans. ·

Manage and oversee the warehouse to ensure that all inventory is properly managed ·

Create and implement policies to ensure that the warehouse is fully stocked with necessary materials and request replenishment as necessary ·

Create and implement policies to ensure that no damage occurs to client homes/property during installs/uninstalls and ensure proper accountability in the event of any property damage. ·

Collaborate with the CEO on continuously updating Harlow Interiors processes/procedures and streamlining operations and production ·

Anticipate bottlenecks, clarify project priorities, identify risks, and escalate issues that cannot be internally resolved. ·

Provide regular status reports and capacity plan updates with the CEO.

Requirements: ·

Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or related field. ·

English / Spanish bilingual ·

Strong management experience with the ability to take initiative, delegate tasks and lead a team with energy ·

Very strong problem solver with ability to address operational challenges ·

Familiarity with Stageforce Inventory software is a plus ·
