Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical services and support for the following areas: Design, implement, and manage the organization’s network infrastructure using Cisco technology. Monitor network performance and integrity. Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure. Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness. Support issues related to WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security, and remote access solutions. Work with Senior Security Engineer to create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery). Communicate with users when needed. Maintain complete technical documentation. Implement and manage Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure. Have a base knowledge of O365 Defender, InTune and Purview Respond to persistent security threat alerts, malware and ransomware threats along with the Senior Network Security Engineer Perform network assessments Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review Work with the IT Team to Engineer projects, identify new products and solutions, and research solutions for existing clients Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure Communication with internal customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages Be available for after hour emergencies as defined by department policies Above is a list of the most important responsibilities and functions, which are essential to the position. Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must have a minimum of 3 years’’ experience working in a similar role Licenses/Certifications:

Certifications in Cisco Network, Network Security, or Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Network Engineer, or similar role. Experience with Cisco Network and Network Security. Experience with Meraki a plus. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication skills.
