Solenis is a 2024 US Best Managed Company, recognized four years in a row. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our office. You will play a key part in creating a positive first impression for visitors and ensuring the smooth flow of daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-organized reception area. Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings. Arrange catering and logistics for meetings and company events. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability. Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and filing. Collaborate with and support other departments as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification is a plus. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and demeanor. This role will be onsite 5 days a week at our Fort Mill office, SC. The working hours will be either 7am-4pm or 7.30am-4.30pm. The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,600.00 and $66,100.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
