Job Description What you will do: You are in charge of the management and development of the entire sales organization, overseeing all sales related activities, including the annual, quarterly and monthly creation of sales strategies. In addition to providing leadership, direction, and resources, you are accountable for sales department performance, the achievement of department goals and targets and alignment with the company’s strategy.

Responsibilities Leadership/Growth: Your goal is to continue to grow the established sales organization and ensure the team has the resources and to deliver best-in-class solutions on par with tier one consulting companies. You will manage, lead, and inspire the team to new heights as well as scale your organization to accomplish company growth goals. You are also responsible for increasing presence and awareness at existing and new clients. Strategy: How to best sell the company’s full range of services to achieve financial targets and meet evolving needs of the client landscape. Both internal business planning and account specific planning. Analysis and Reporting: Team performance and financial targets, overall and by client Client Lifecycle and Relationship management: Client strategies, Relationship Development, proposal’s, SOWs, contract negotiation, strategic partnerships, performance Knowledge: Know the industry landscape, competitors, and trends. Establish thought leadership among industry peers/clients/clients. Stay abreast of/and attend industry events and conferences. Hires, coaches, motivates, inspires, builds, and directs a dedicated team of sales representatives/client partners. Build individual’s strengths as well as collective team strengths in solution selling and client problem solving. Creates and implements a sales strategy and structure that facilitates professional sales management and enables the sales team to drive financial targets. Identifies and proliferates best sales practices. Plan team meetings to foster team collaboration, facilitate exchange of ideas, communicate company or departmental plans, and hone solution selling skills. Ability to effectively prioritize, problem-solve, and communicate. Has a grasp of sales enablement and client relationship building technology tools and platforms: (CRM, collaboration tools such as Teams), Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, Excel) Works with the team to identify, manage and respond to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs. Creates Industry Event strategy: Research/recommends industry events for team members to attend and strategizes on the why and desired outcomes.

Required Experience Over 10 Years of Related Experience and a Proven Track Record. Must have staffing/consulting AND solutions sales leadership experience. Working experience in high level sales position at a fast-paced dynamic business environment Experience leading and managing client service teams. Successful at accomplishing and exceeding goals, while growing and scaling a business Experience servicing the Fortune 100. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate and manage well at all levels within an organization, and especially with those in the “C” suite. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques and /account specific solution. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead change. Ability to focus on critical issues and balance and respond to competing short-term and long-term priorities. Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations. Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience preferred.
