Join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and community.RequirementsResponsibilities:+ Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department.+ Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.+ Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of nursing staff.+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes to ensure delivery of high-quality care.+ Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing staff.+ Develop and manage the nursing department budget.+ Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety measures.+ Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and practices.Requirements:+ Valid nursing license and current CPR certification.+ Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role.+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.+ Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.+ Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare professionals.+ Experience in budget management and resource allocation.+ Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.+ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.+ Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).BenefitsAn amazing benefits package with lots of additional perks
