The Director of Business Operations and Strategy will work closely with the executive team to develop and refine operational strategies, drive process optimization, and oversee key vendor and contract deliverables. We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, extensive experience in business operations, and a proven track record of executing successful strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Lead internal process development meetings, providing expertise in flowchart and process map creation. Drive design, planning, implementation, and change management for key business operation processes and systems. Oversee project management, including timeline coordination, deliverable tracking, and initiative follow-through. Prepare comprehensive summaries, reports, and dashboards across various topics for internal and external stakeholders. Engage in financial activities including budget preparation, management, and analysis. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine operational strategies, implementing processes for optimal efficiency and productivity. Craft and prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for management and Board of Managers meetings. Manage strategy implementation dashboards, tracking milestones, and evaluating performance metrics. Facilitate crucial business meetings, ensuring streamlined decision-making and effective budget, headcount, and communication management. Ownership and oversight for contract/vendor/external counsel contracting process, ensuring coordination and appropriateness for spend, business need, and liability. Develop and maintain training programs for continuous staff development and process improvement.

Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a related functional area, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and managing cross-functional teams. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Advanced knowledge of financial principles and budget management. Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with project management software. Possess a strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated leader with a results-driven approach and proven track record of success.
