As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your day will involve developing comprehensive project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. You'll allocate and coordinate resources, including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials, to keep the project on track. You'll provide technical guidance and expertise to our engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Establishing strong communication channels with clients will be key, as you'll need to understand their requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Additionally, you'll monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure we stay within financial targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role; Experience with utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects is preferred; 10 years experience or greater or 5 years' experience plus PMP. Curious and active listener: You have a deep hunger to learn, coupled with a willingness to think outside the box. You ask a lot of questions. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
