We are seeking a new Lead Cook / Chef to join our team. Your role will be to To lead the kitchen in a the long established Steam Donkey Restaurant. Must be able to work gill and Sautee. Numerous perks and great staff.. As a member of the Restaurant department, you will work with Wait Staff and Bartenders and report to our Resort Manager. What You Will Do: Cook What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Some High School Food Preparation Knife Skills Food Quality Grilling Sauce Making Salads Portion Control Soup Making Why You'll Love Us: Pinecrest is an amazing small, tourism town.
