Their commitment to quality and delivery has made our client a renowned provider of high-quality bags and other flexible packaging solutions.Your RoleAs a Flexo Press Operator for Flexible Packaging, your primary responsibility will be operating W & H Novaflex, Comexi, or KYMC flexo press to produce bags, food packaging, and sleeves. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate flexo press to print bags, food packaging, and sleeves efficiently and effectivelyAdherence to the production schedule ensuring timely deliveryEnsure quality control by executing necessary adjustmentsWork in 3- and 4-day shifts from 7pm-7am or 7am- 7pm.Requirements for the Flexo Machine Operator for Flexible Packaging roleTarget experience is 3 to 15 years' experience in operating a wide web flexo pressA proven track record in printing bags or flexible packagingAbility to work in a high-speed, multitasking environmentWork authorization: Must be US citizen or US perm resident/green card holder or a refugee with DoHS work authorization.Compensation and BenefitsAn attractive starting hourly rate of $30 - $37, depending on experienceShift differentials and overtime are availableComprehensive benefits package including healthcare, prescription, dental, matching 401K, short- & long-term disabilityWe offer paid relocation for those looking to relocate to the Nashville areaAt The Marathon Group Recruiting, we are committed to creating an alignment of your abilities, personality, and lifestyle with the right company.
