As a Sales Analyst, you will support the sales strategy based in our Elgin, IL office. This role will gather and analyze account-specific information needed to devleop and execute activity that supports growth for our customer base at Ebco. This includes working with existing sales team members on project management, identifying new opportunities for business development, and support development of key accounts. In addition, the Sales Analsyt will support continuous improvement for growing our customer base at Ebco.

Key Responsibilities:Upload and manage customer information and sales data within our CRM system.Oversee customer communications for sales transactions and projectsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries.Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotes and opportunitiesPerform various administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as scheduling, data entry, and coordination of sales materials and responses.Maintain detailed records of trends and customer feedback to assist in strategic planning and process improvement.Support the management of sales tracking tools and report generation to monitor sales activities and outcomes.Maintain and report on sales activity data to support strategic sales planning.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related fieldExperience in sales support, administration, or a similar role, ideally in a technical or manufacturing setting.Proficient with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and MS Office.Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Technical aptitude or ability to quickly learn detailed product specifications.
