We are hiring a Transportation Specialist for our growing team The Transportation Specialist will primarily be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
+ This position will assist with day to day operations and help to serve male client needs by providing transportation to treatment
+ Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, supplies, reports, equipment and materials to the appropriate destination.
+ Ensure route is started with proper equipment tools. i.e., route logs, cell phone, keys, etc.
+ Follow route as scheduled while allowing for potential stops and various pickups.
+ Ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times.
+ Job is to be conducted within the limits of the law and all best-practice safety procedures.
+ Follow all documentation requirements
+ Keep route information, sequencing and all documentation up to date.
+ Attendance and punctuality to daily job tasks, meetings and training sessions.
+ Meet all training requirements in a timely manner as assigned.
+ Properly care for and maintain company equipment including scanners, telephones, vehicles etc.
+ Communicate any deficiencies with equipment to supervisor
+ Performs other duties assigned.
Key Experience and Education Needed:
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Ability to travel to and from ARC centers and other locations and operate a motor vehicle for a large part of the work day
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to meet deadlines and to stay on schedule
+ Problem solving abilities
+ Basic computer skills
+ Ability to complete and submit reports
+ This job requires a strong ability to work as a productive member of a team
Other Qualifications to be Considered:
+ Substance abuse experience preferred.
+ Appropriate State and Federal Clearances
+ Posses and maintain a clean driving record
