DVM/VMD Mentorship Program- Associate Veterinarian
The Mentorship Program helps veterinarians transition from school to work. You will work with a mentor while managing your cases and building a professional network. At the end, you may receive a one-year contract to continue full-time with mentor support.
Who Should Join?- New or recent veterinary graduates eager to practice high-quality medicine and learn on the job.- Graduates unsure about emergency care or general practice.
What Does the Program Offer?- A full-time job to practice medicine and receive structured mentorship.- An optional three-month mentorship in general practice.
Compensation and Benefits:- Salary: $100,000, with opportunities for extra earnings.- Full-time benefits and relocation assistance.- A housing stipend during the three-month mentorship.
