Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is growing and we would love to have you as a part of our team We're hiring for an MDS Coordinator to join our clinical team. As an MDS coordinator, you will assess, gather and analyze resident health status data. In addition, the MDS coordinator will assist in creating and updating resident care plans to meet the needs and expectations of each resident. The MDS coordinator monitors patient care by assessing procedures, speaking with patients, and recording medical codes. MDS coordinators are often also responsible for creating medical codes, which allow hospitals and clinics to coordinate with medical billers and keep accurate records.
This position can be either FT or PT working Monday- Friday day time hours.
Requirements:
- RN License in the state of NJ
- MDS experience in long term care
