Our insurance client is looking for a Project Manager Associate to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager Associate:

  • Plan project timelines and milestones, track progress, and monitor and communicate project status
  • Recommend effective business process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze, document, and report program performance results throughout the company
  • Ensure a cooperative effort across the organization on all tasks, issues, and projects, managing and resolving conflicts as needed
  • Implement program and process changes as needed to support the intended goals/objectives
  • Propose a variety of solutions to business issues/problems utilizing appropriate analysis tools
  • Assist upper-level management on special assignments to support the objectives
  • Oversee the implementation of the project(s) on a daily basis with regard to timeframes, budget requirements and quality
