Lead Team Support

Summary
Little Foot Day Care & Preschool is looking for a lead team support who will promote the centers educational approaches and will support our educators to enable them to provide an excellent, safe and a developmentally appropriate Christian immersed program.

Duties
*Assist in supporting the team on a daily basis. (examples: bathroom breaks, assisting with classroom management)
*Assist in the coordination of supervision of all center staff
under the direction of the center Director. Assist in ensuring
the implementation and evaluation of educationally enriched and
developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment.
*Assist in maintaining childrens routine evaluations
*Act as a resource for families regarding child development
topics and questions.
*Assist in developing, supporting and monitoring reports, communication, lesson plans, and staff observations.
* Assist in the development of program events, meetings and
trainings.
* Lead daily review and maintenance of staff scheduling and ratios
*Assist with staff recruitment.

Requirements
*Minimum of three years experience working in a high-quality
childcare center.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
*Ability to work a flexible shift Monday through Friday between
the hours of 6:30AM to 5:00PM. A consistent schedule will be made with the Director but the availability to step into a classroom as a sub when the need arises.
*Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
*Ability to prioritize work to completion in a fast-paced
environment. Patience to meet demands of constantly changing priorities.
*Professional customer service and interpersonal style; ability
to interact and work with a diverse range of people .
*Strong supervision skills, judgement, and initiative.
*Ability to physically lift a minimum of 50 pounds, participate
in physical activity, maintain full sight and supervision of
children, and work both indoors and outdoors.
*Strong Christian faith
