This individual should have experience and knowledge in installation of storm, water, and sewer piping. A successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field leadership as well as the ability to manage a job efficiently. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Supervises and leads a crew of 5 to 10 individuals Successfully completes daily time sheets and logs Coordinates and manages subcontractors Coordinates and schedules manpower, tools, materials and equipment needed to complete the project Successfully reads blueprints, project plans and specifications Effectively communicates with others Performs other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Field leadership knowledge and experience is preferred Underground utility installation, excavation regulations and pipeline safety knowledge and experience is preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required Must be at least 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation Must be able to lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including prolonged walking or standing on various terrain in a wide range of weather conditions Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and meet necessary deadlines Must have experience with Microsoft products such as word, excel and outlook Must follow all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc. WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
