La posicin de

Brand Manager Bebidas Alcohlicas

se describe como una altamente dinmica. La posicin requerir de destrezas para el diseo y desarrollo de planes de mercadeo. Al mismo tiempo requiere que el empleado sea capaz de dirigir la coordinacin y ejecucin de toda la actividad de mercadeo de los portafolios, marcas o producto manejados para el logro efectivo de los objetivos econmicos organizacionales.
Esta posicin demandar excelentes destrezas en concentracin, seguimiento, organizacin, retencin y trabajar bajo presin. Las actividades relacionadas directamente con el puesto incluirn, pero no se limitarn a conceptuar, planificar e implementar la mezcla de mercadeo establecida: Portafolio, Precio, Colacin, Estrategia de Canal, Publicidad, Promocin.

Tareas y responsabilidades laborales esenciales:
Responsable del desarrollo y manejo de planes estratgicos de mercadeo, pronsticos de ventas, presupuesto de inversin y ganancias anuales.
A cargo del desarrollo e implementacin de herramientas para el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales, y entrega de resultados financieros segn la estrategia de las marcas o portafolios bajo su responsabilidad.
Responsable de identificar reas de oportunidad que puedan ser impactadas por medio de acciones proactivas que influencien el desempeo de las marcas, y seguimiento sobre aspectos operacionales que garantice la rentabilidad de sus marcas.
A cargo del desarrollo de planes acorde a la estrategia y etapa de cada marca para el cumplimiento de las metas de desarrollo en el mercado y financieras de la organizacin por parte del equipo comercial (ventas) y promocional.
Responsable por el desarrollo y coordinacin de diferentes tipos de presentaciones sobre el desempeo operacional, comercial y de marca ante el mercado.
A cargo de proveer la informacin necesaria relacionada a Brand/Product Knowledge para clientes, consumidores, y la fuerza comercial. al mismo tiempo que deber proveer las capacitaciones necesarias a las promotoras, para los demos, la participar de degustaciones, y otras actividades.
Entre otros.
Experiencia, educacin, habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:
Tres (3) aos en Gerencia de Marca (Consumo y/o Bebidas Alcohlicas) o actividades relacionadas al mercadeo directo.
Slidas destrezas de procesos administrativos y comerciales; tales como destrezas en presentaciones, procesos de negociacin, y gerencia del tiempo.
Excelentes destrezas para el uso de Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Power BI, Teams y One Note).
Slidas destrezas de comunicacin verbal y escritas en ingls y Espaol a todo los niveles de liderazgo.
