Summary

A Warehouse Associate will work to efficiently move product through the assigned area to meet customer's standards. They will promote a work culture that represents the organization's vison, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

  • Receive, pick, pack, inspect and ship products to customers
  • Cycle counts
  • Verify and process customer orders to their specifications, ensuring accuracy of shipments
  • Track all inventory through the use of radio frequency (RF) scanners to ensure accurate inventory
  • Meet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Leaders which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Maintain the safety and security of all associates
  • Report to work on time and as scheduled
  • Support key warehouse areas as assigned
  • Deliver product
  • All other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and nonverbal
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic computer/data entry skills (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Valid drivers license
Required Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
