Position Overview: Asset Based Lending is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales and Marketing Analyst that can help our team wholistically understand the success of our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will support the growth of our business by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough market research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare, evaluate and interpret marketing data from various systems (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc) in the form of ad hoc analysis as well regular dashboards
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Independently craft monthly campaign performance analyses and steer optimization strategies for planning teams
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing content and materials.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track and analyze client interactions and behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing analyst role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze customer data, build customer segments and determine if strategies are effective in enhancing the customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of asset-based lending or financial services is a plus.
