Position Summary:

Research Analyst in State University, AR. (Multiple positions available)

Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Use statistical software to extract, analyze, and integrate data from a variety of sources, including large structured and unstructured datasets, and prepare reports, data tables, and other visualizations for reporting purposes.

+ Develop and apply standard techniques and applications for capturing, storing, and analyzing institutional data and establish standard procedures for capturing and storing data so that it is readily available when needed.

+ Develop efficient, reliable, and reusable SQL scripts for recurring reports and data analysis. Clean, analyze, and report extracted raw data in order to inform University policies and strategy as well as to comply with mandatory reporting for accreditation, and maintain data and reports on office website.

+ Apply data mining techniques and statistical software to process ad hoc institutional data requests for internal and external audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience with SQL (can be obtained through coursework).
