Be the voice of Store Tech Infrastructure by working closely with Store Tech Software Engineering teams and the business to understand needs and translate insights to build the product roadmap. Implement solutions to effectively handle security vulnerabilities and remediate using industry-proven tools/processes. Define service level objectives and KPIs for the product to measure reliability and performance constantly in production and produce insights. Implement and maintain configuration and release management standards & tools in POS Infra ecosystem. Leverage a strong understanding of POS solutions/products knowledge from an Infrastructure standpoint to champion innovation. Coach POS infrastructure engineers on current and emerging POS products/solutions. Build rapid prototypes to explore the viability of solutions fit to the product strategy and upon alignment from stakeholders scale the solution and productionize it. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Architecture Owners, create meaningful architecture diagrams and other documentation needed for security reviews or other interested parties. Support all audit & compliance activities including SOX, PCI, and general internal control compliance.
