UKG HRIS Jr Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a

UKG HRIS Jr Analyst

to join their team for a full time role located and available for either Alabama or Mississippi. This will be a Hybrid role,

On site 3 days a week.

Skill Set:
Acts as liaison between UKG and Canopy.
Collaborates closely with HR teammates and communicates with various leaders and department heads at Canopy to ensure alignment on updates, system changes, etc.
Manages enhancements and projects including timely updates, testing, and configuration.
Provides UKG system troubleshooting without necessarily raising a "help" ticket for every issue.
Establishes compliances and documents processes for SOPs.
Proficient in the Full UKG Suite.
Utilizes Cognos for advanced reporting and creating more informative dashboards.
Reports directly to the HR Director with no direct reports.
TOP 5:
Cognos experience (for complex reporting).
UKG troubleshooting capabilities.
Documentation skills (creating SOPs or training materials for end users).
Project management skills and analytical mindset.
Understanding of the Full UKG Suite.
