The Job

Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike - mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn't a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn't a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.

The Warehouse Associate Returns I has the important role of processing our customer's returns. The individual in this role must be able to process returns in a timely and efficient manner.

The Benefits
  • Compensation: Starts at $17.00/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organizes and processes returns daily.
  • Ensures customer invoice credits are processed and completed accurately.
  • Knowledge and skill to help build returned bikes.
  • Determines best plan for returned product.
  • Helps develop and maintain KPI (key performance indicators) for returns departments.
  • Meets or exceeds productivity standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality on a consistent basis.
  • Maintains work area and supplies in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Abides by safety policies and regulations.
  • Communicates effectively.
  • Assists in other departments as needed.
  • Provides an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals within the Operations Department.
  • Aides in the development of new procedures and processes related to the operations department.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and commitement to the role.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Bike knowledge and ability to build a bike is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with others or individually.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving environment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and inventory management software.
Physical Demands
