Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in IT SaaS Healthcare to lead the design and evolution of next-generation healthcare technology solutions. Position Overview The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PracticeSuites suite of SaaS healthcare products. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate market needs and business goals into detailed product requirements and work closely with cross?functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and salesto deliver high?impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role within the healthcare technology or SaaS industry. Seniority Level Mid?Senior level Employment Type Full?time Job Function Product Management and Marketing Key Responsibilities Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for assigned modules or product lines. Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities in healthcare SaaS. Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Collaborate with the Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure timely and high?quality product releases. Ensure compliance with healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) in all product designs. Develop and communicate clear product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead product launch activities, including coordination with marketing, training, and support teams. Define and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future improvements. Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with company strategy and customer success goals. Stay updated on U.S. healthcare trends, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI), and reimbursement processes to ensure product relevance and compliance. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in the IT SaaS Healthcare domain. Proven track record of successfully managing full product lifecycles from concept to launch and post?launch optimization. Deep understanding of healthcare operations, including EHR, practice management, billing, and RCM workflows. Strong technical understanding of cloud?based software platforms, APIs, integrations, and user experience design. Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data to drive product decisions. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills Experience with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12/EDI). Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha). Prior exposure to US healthcare workflows and compliance environments. Experience working closely with engineering teams in a SaaS or cloud?based environment.
