Mental Health Therapist Shift: M-F Hours: 8-4:30 The Role Itself Conducts individual/group therapy for psychological and substance abuse education. Active in treatment planning, family counseling, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Communicates effectively with clients, families, and outside sources, ensuring proactive engagement. Demonstrates crisis intervention skills, ensuring patient safety and assisting in care coordination. Maintains knowledge of confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and clinical standards. Applies working knowledge of TJC, Medicaid, and state/federal laws in clinical practice. Specializing in treatment of symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, acute psychosis and other mental health crises. Our team of highly trained doctors and clinicians work closely to develop and oversee individualized care plans, with the goal of building the self-reliance and confidence needed for individuals to integrate safely back into their communities.
