The Marketing Production Director will be a key member of the Marketing team within Bloomberg INDG. Responsible for execution of the creative deliverables across all mediums and channels. This requires the ability to apply business knowledge, data and consumer insights to brand-building and business-building executions. This individual will have a hands-on role in building and executing major marketing campaigns across Bloomberg INDG. Also, works to create and build scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing production and brand management.

What You Will Do:

  • Drives development and execution of marketing initiatives to support product verticals, and the Bloomberg INDG brand.
  • Manages and coaches a team of producers on planning and executing across a wide range of projects and content formats.
  • Ensures the strategy, creative, and production teams are equipped with all the information, tools and support necessary to execute superior campaign strategies and experiences.
  • Monitors project/campaign milestones, ensuring all deliverables meet our quality standards and our client's expectations.
  • Partners with the Creative, Events, Digital Marketing and Communications teams to create consistency across brand touch points spanning visual identity, event experience, public relations and customer service.
  • Establishes, manages, and clearly communicates overall timelines, project deliverables, best practices and resourcing needs related to production, while continually seeking improvements to drive efficiencies in production and budget.
  • Works with Head of Brand and CX to facilitate production/creative brainstorm meetings focusing on programming, strategy, design, content, social engagement, video, and metrics & analytics.
  • Reports on marketing and campaign results to business stakeholders.
  • Manages annual production planning process and participates in the annual budgeting process in cooperation with marketing and creative leads.
  • Supports development of executive or department-wide presentations.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
You Need To Have:
  • Minimum 8+ years related work experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of business publishing or related industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing plans, integrated campaigns, direct marketing, market research, advertising, sales support and marketing analytics.
  • Experience leading teams, client meetings, brainstorming sessions and the ability to build consensus within a group.
  • Skills and experience across multiple channels including email, online marketing, events/tradeshows, social media and other channels.
  • Ability to work in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated effective experience in business-to-business marketing.
